I have been appraising full-time since January, 1984. I am a certified approved FHA and VA appraiser (CR00803). I currently am a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, and Chief Residential Appraiser for Appraisal Associates in Eugene. I received my real estate broker's license in 1982 while working as an office manager and broker for ERA Valley River Realty. Prior to entering the real estate profession, I worked in remodeling and new residential construction. I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 1977.
